My Massage Session consists of different of mixed modalities (that includes deep tissue, swedish, Hawaiian lomi lomi, shiatsu, and thai massage)
Every session is approximately 1 hour. However, it doesn't define by exact minutes. I may take longer depending on your needs and specific problematic areas.
Therefore, please plan extra time.
1 session can run an extra of 15-20 minutes.
I do not rush, and I hope you do the same.
**I use a blend of coconut oil and naturals oils.
Please notify me if you are allergic to specific types of oils
I will start on your back, neck, and shoulders, continuing onto your legs and problemactic areas. We will focus the majority of the massage on your problematic muscles, and then continue the rest of the massage faceup (frontal) parts of the body.
All of my massages are in the nude, if you are uncomfortable, you may request to be thinly draped.
I will incorporate different types of stretching and chiropractic adjustments to your bones, especially lower lumber, hip, and neck.
I will end the massage with hot towels and wipe your body clean of the massage oils.
You may then take a rinse in the provided shower, or leave the oil on to hydrate.
