Hot stone massage is a massage that uses smooth, flat, and heated rocks placed at key points on the body.

 

These rocks are often smooth marble rocks, however, I uses lava rocks that has been previously smoothen and heated in hot oil. 

 

Unlike traditional marble rocks, Lava rocks retain heat for a much longer time.

 

Heat is the keypoint of this type of massage. The retained heat is used to help instantly relieve muscle pain, spasm, and knots. 

 

I will also use these rocks to gently but firmly glide over your body using adequate pressure as form of massage. 

 

This type of massage is very common in modern massage and is one of the most requested.
